After months of sourcing and arranging material with Fiachra Trench, Carmel goes into the studio in December and January to lay down the tracks for her debut album.
Some of the songs will be recorded in the magnificent St Peter’s Cathedral in Drogheda, County Louth, while the remainder will be done in the renowned Windmill Lane Studios in Dublin. Carmel will be joined on the recording by 40 members of The Irish Film Orchestra.
